Tianjin TEDA Puhua International Hospital (TPH), located in No. 61, 11-12, Third Avenue, TEDA, Tianjin, China. (Inside of TEDA International Cardiovascular Hospital, TICH). The floor area is ​​approximately 5436 square meters and its business scope covers Medical Devices & Equipments Distribution, Clinical Medical Services, Healthcare Counseling and Health Management Services.
    

TPH’s Business Registration Number is 120,000,400,125,934. It was established in April 27, 2011, as the first Sino-foreign cooperative medical institution in Tianjin. TPH is a joint-venture company sponsored by TICH and the Asia Pacific Medical Group co., Ltd (APMG) aiming to set up an agency providing top grade health care services.
   

TPH is an independent hospital, and yet located in TICH main building, and shares with TICH all the staff, equipments, management system and even logistic supporting system. TPH was actually the International Medical Department of TICH, having provided high-end medical services for 8 years to customers varying from the foreign President to the Ministers of the PRC and business tycoons and those who experienced the high quality medical services in TPH are full of praise. Cambodian Chea Sim, who admitted in TPH, highly acknowledged the health care services provided. When the name (TPH) was given, the staff of TICH as well as APMG set up the ambitious goal:  performing higher standards, providing higher quality services, expecting higher satisfaction.

 
At present, TPH has the Certificate of Incorporation Registration and the Certificate of Approval for Establishment of Enterprises with Foreign Investment in The People’s Republic of China (see attachments). The practice license for healthcare provider under the name of TPH is expected to be granted around May.
